I'm From Rice Toner

I'm From Rice Toner is created with organic rice grown free from pesticides, this toner moisturizes and brightens skin. While gently getting rid of skin impurities and excess oils, this rice toner effectively rebalances and instantly rejuvenates dry, dull and irritated skin.

How to use: After cleansing, dampen a cotton pad with a few drops of toner and gently sweep over the face. Follow with an essence or serum and a moisturizer to nourish the skin.e

For an added glow, use the rice toner after exfoliating.
