Terms and Conditions

1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the terms and conditions of any third party are not authorized by Soko Beauty Glow.
1.4 Soko Beauty Glow reserves the right at all times to modify its terms.     

1.5. Soko Beauty Glow is owned by Juliana Enterprise, which is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 56773145. Our corporate address is Burgemeester van Walsumweg 766, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Our VAT number is: NL001795424B02.

2. Agreement

 

2.1 An agreement between a customer and Soko Beauty Glow is established after your order is placed and an order confirmation has been received through the specified email address.

2.2 Soko Beauty Glow is entitled to refuse orders or attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless otherwise specified. If an order is not accepted, Soko Beauty Glow inform this within 10 days after receiving the order.                                                                                                                 

 

3.1 Offers are not binding unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Offers are subject to availability of the products.
3.3 Soko Beauty Glow is entitled to offers to change or cancel without notice.
3.4 Soko Beauty Glow is not bound by its offer if the customer should understand that the offer or any part thereof, an obvious mistake or error contained.

4. Price

 

4.1 All prices on the site are subject to misprints. No liability is accepted as a consequence of misprints.                                                                           

4.2 All prices on the site are in Euros and include 21 % VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price.

4.3 Soko Beauty Glow is entitled at any time to adjust prices. Any price changes are not made, if you have already completed the order.
4.4 If the customer is not located in The Netherlands, the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties that the country has.

 

5.1 The customer may satisfy the amount payable by means of electronic payment.

5.2 In the absence of a late payment, Soko Beauty Glow entitled to cancel the order and no agreement has been realized.           

                                   

 

6.1 Delivery dates quoted on the website are indicative. At the time limits are therefore not legally binding.                                                                     

6.2 Soko Beauty Glow strives to meet the indicative delivery date as stated on the website.                                                                                               

6.3 Delivery takes place only after the payment amount is received by Soko Beauty Glow.       

                                                                                            

 

7.1 The customer has the right to send back the products within 14 working days after receipt. The costumer must provide that:

a.There must be contact first with Soko Beauty Glow.

b. The products are unused, undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging.

c. The customer is responsible for costs for sending and for the risk of the package and the cost and the risk until Soko Beauty Glow has received the package.

7.2 Subject to the provisions of Article 7.1, Soko Beauty Glow ensures that, within 30 days after receiving the good, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer.     

7.3 Soko Beauty Glow reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not in good state and will be entitled to charge costs.     

                               

 

8.1 Soko Beauty Glow is not liable if and to the extent that its commitments cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.

8.2 Force majeure shall mean any strange reason, as well as any circumstance, which she cannot reasonably be held responsible. Delay or failure by our suppliers, disruptions in the Internet, disruptions in the electricity failures in e-mail traffic and disturbances or changes in supplied by third parties technology, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, delays in supply, omissions of suppliers and / or manufacturers of Soko Beauty Glow as well as assistants, staff illness, defects in transport count explicitly as force majeure.                   

8.3 Soko Beauty Glow reserves in the right, in case of force majeure to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to fully or partially dissolve the content of the agreement or to demand that the content of the agreement should be amended to enable performance. In no case Soko Beauty Glow is obliged to pay any penalty or damages.     

                                                 

 

9.1 On all products from Soko Beauty Glow applies the warranty period as determined by the manufacturer of the product.                                           

9.2 This Guarantee does not apply if: A) and as long as the customer is in default towards Soko Beauty Glow B) the customer has been repaired and / or modified the delivered goods themselves or by third parties. C) the products are exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise carelessly handled or not following the instructions on the package.         

                     

 

10.1 Soko Beauty Glow is not liable for property damages caused by improper use of products. Read the instructions on the package and/or consult our website.   

                                                                                     

11.1 The customer is obliged to monitor the products immediately after receiving the products. If it appears that the delivered product is incorrectly or incomplete, then the customer needs to notify these defects immediately (before proceeding to return to Soko Beauty Glow), no later than 7 days after receipt by sending Soko Beauty Glow an e-mail. Return of the product must be in original packaging (including accessories and documentation) and in new condition. Putting into use after detection of failure, damage occurring after detection of failure, encumbrance and / or sale after detection of failure, does the right to claim and return entirely expire.           

11.2 The customer is responsible for costs for sending and for the risk of the package until the package has received by Soko Beauty Glow.             

11.3 If it appears that the products, after examination by Soko Beauty Glow, is not comply with the agreement, the customer is entitled to a replacement item, if still available, or a refund of the value of the product.     

 

12.1 If you place an order at Soko Beauty Glow website, then your data will be included in the customer base of Soko Beauty Glow. Soko Beauty Glow adheres to the Data Protection Act and will not provide your information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

12.2 Soko Beauty Glow respects the privacy of the users of the web site and shall ensure the confidentiality of your personal data.                           

12.3 Soko Beauty Glow sometimes makes use of a mailing list. Each mailing contains instructions to remove yourself from this list.
