When you click the " confirm order " button your order is final.

Yes, this is possible. During the ordering process a different delivery address can be filled in. The invoice will be sent to the specified e-mail address.

No, it is not possible to pick up your order. We don't have a physical store. Your order can only be shipped to you.

Yes, if the order is paid you will receive the order confirmation in your email box.

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is your responsibility to ensure that you correctly enter the delivery address. We encourage you to thoroughly review your shipping and billing information prior to placing your order. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please send an email as soon as possible to hello@sokobeautyglow.com. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If it's too late for us to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you have received it. We can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a refund reduced the shipping costs.

Extra Shipping Charges: If your package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, we will reduce the refund with the shipping costs we incurred to ship it to you.

The delivery time within The Netherlands and Belgium is 1-2 business days. The delivery time to the rest of Europe depends on the destination. Usually this will be between 2 - 5 business days.

Yes, we will send you a track and trace mail after your order is shipped.

We work closely with PostNL and DHL. If you live outside The Netherlands PostNL will pass on your package to your local carrier.

Returns

Yes, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. In this period you can return the unused and undamaged products in its original packaging back to us. After acceptance you will get a refund of the purchase price within 14 days.

Note: Before returning any items you must contact our customer service first so we can provide you with a return form.

Any costs associated for returns are for account of the customer. Unless it was a fault on our behalf.

When you return a product it will be processed within 5 working days. To process your return as quickly as possible, it is necessary that you follow the indicated procedure.
